YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Country Commercial Lead of Vietnam, he/she will need to have a growth-mindset, and also understand the steps required to achieve sustainable success. The ideal candidate should have a great attitude towards team members and customers, understanding needs from the market and end-consumer, have great interpersonal skills, leadership capability and value teamwork. The candidate must be agile to identify opportunities, and develop strategies to capture new sustainable business.
Manage the P&L responsibility for Vietnam, by ensuring all financial, marketing, sales, research & development objectives related to the business in Vietnam are met and aligned with Mekong and APAC.
Examine opportunities in current and potential markets, and develop solid strategies to capture sustainable growth.
Lead, manage and coordinate operations to ensure excellence in sales and productivity.
Provide excellent customer support to existing customers through innovations (by product/ other solutions).
Prepare comprehensive budget that delivers sustainable growth value to the business.
Responsible for accurate sales & supply forecasting and planning.
Work collaboratively with other managers to create long-term strategies for the business.
Ensure that all businesses are conducted in accordance to local laws, regulations and Bayer\'s policy
WHO YOU ARE
University education with a degree in business, finance, science, technical and related fields, with minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development.
Have prior experience managing teams
Experience in managing commercial operations for the Vietnamese market.
Great communication skills in Vietnamese and good command of English.
Passion to make a difference in the industry.
