We are looking for suitable candidates to develop our Cropscience business in Vietnam with following responsibilities and requirements:

Roles and main responsibilities

• Provide admin supports to dept head as well as sales and marketing team.

• Coordinate and organize sales & marketing events (wholesaler meeting, product launch, dept meetings...)
• Manage and maintain customer database, reports of sales & marketing activities as requested by the department head.
• Work closely with all provincial sales & marketing staff to ensure smooth coordination and cooperation of all sales and marketing team.
• Be the contact point for any sales & marketing related admin matters.

Qualification requirements

1. University graduation, majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, Foreign Language.
2. Having relevant working experience in a multinational working environment.
3. Good time management and office skills.
4. Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
5. Advanced computer skills.
6. Good team spirit and interpersonal skills.
7. Flexible and able to work under pressure.
